Women require a little adoration once in a while, and perhaps this comes in the form of the odd love token in the shape of a small box (contents hopefully sparkling, shining or shimmering), or maybe something aromatic and rejuvenating from the bath and beauty store to smother herself in, or even a small morsel of yumminess, mmm yes, delicious hand-crafted chocolates! Gentlemen, take note here, it’s not the amount you spend but the very thought that you wanted to give her a little reminder that you care.
According to an online survey, 45% of women disappointingly admit they only get to enjoy a little romance with their partner ‘once in a blue moon’. Come on guys, with all the electronic devices we now have available at our fingertips there’s no excuse for it – shopping for romantic gifts online couldn’t be easier.
There doesn’t need to be a special day in the calendar for you to demonstrate to your significant other just how wonderful she is to you, and therefore there’s no time like the present to buy romantic gifts for her. Brighten up her day with a fabulously fragrant and beautiful flower arrangement, or get her all sentimental with a framed photograph of the two of you on a special day in your lives to show her how much she means to you, and throw in a bottle of the bubbly too! Pop open that champagne, light a few aromatic candles to get the mood right and spend a loving evening getting light-headed and cosy on the couch – what better way to bring the romance back into your life?
Remember, it’s actions that speak louder than words, so mark it down in your calendar every couple of months to send her something cute and cuddly, rejuvenating and relaxing, or sparkling and shiny – mix it up a little bit. Keep in mind her likes and dislikes to be sure to get it right and in no time at all you’ll have her like putty in your hands! A whole new world could open up for you if you just give it a little thought and use your imagination!
