I’m looking for new baby furniture but am shopping on a budget. My husband just got laid off and we really can’t afford to spend lots of money on new stuff. We used some stuff from our first child but are looking for any unconventional advice that can save us money on new baby furniture. Any advice?

My sister just had a baby and is shopping for new baby furniture. She found a lot of great deals just by going to places like Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s and shopping at the end of the season. Also, you can find some great deals at places like Goodwill or other secondhand shops. As long as they look relatively new, you can always wash them.

these cribs are a great idea, i also think that cribs for the new generation should maybe come with a flat screen tv and maybe an espresso machine!
