Another idea for a unique gift is wedding sky lanterns, not only is this a unique gift but it is also very romantic watching the lanterns float off into the night sky!

I agree that wedding presents is such an issue but I have come to realize that they get so much stuff for them as a couple that I decided after my last friends got married that the best thing to do is get them each a gift. They are registered so they get all the things they supposedly need but I feel that if you are able to get them a present that is just for them it is even more special.
I got the bride a pearl pendant that was a Tahitian pearl because that is where they went for their honeymoon and I got him some scuba lessons cause they weren’t able to do it while they were on their honeymoon cause he didn’t have his license.
So I feel that these were specific gifts but still tied in with that special time they spent together… just a thought!!!

Another thought for wedding gifts, or maybe even anniversaries or whenever, this website – http://www.ptgiftco.com – has alot of different gift possiblities, with things that can be personalized with names/ranks/personal messages.
